Flu and COVID Shot Clinic
Our flu and COVID shot clinic will run from October 5 through November 13, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We will be closed for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Flu and COVID shots are available to Grants Pass Clinic patients only. No appointment is needed—just walk in during flu clinic hours.
Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP)
October 15 – December 7, 2026
Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period is your opportunity to review your Medicare Advantage and Part D prescription drug coverage and make changes for 2027. Any changes made during AEP will take effect on January 1, 2027.
Plan costs, provider networks, covered medications, and benefits can change from year to year. In addition, WellCare Medicare Advantage, Regence MedAdvantage, and UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage plans will no longer be offered in Josephine County for 2027. We encourage all Medicare patients to review their coverage and explore available options this fall.

For added convenience, a licensed Apex Insurance Group agent will be available in our lobby every Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. during the Annual Enrollment Period. Walk-ins are welcome, and no appointment is necessary.
