Grants Pass Clinic will be hosting a Flu and COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic for clinic patients only.

Date: September 23, 2024, through November 1, 2024.

Hours: Monday through Friday 10 AM to 4 PM.

Walk-in only, no appointment necessary.

 

For our Pediatrics patients, please contact your provider’s office for an appointment.
